Dr. Eric L. Luster serves as the CEO of Seniors Rising, LLC, Chairman of the Board for Seniors Rising Homes, Inc., and the CEO of Movement Interactive, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. After 14 years of working as a nuclear biology specialist, research scientist, and engineer in the top ranks of the Department of Defense, Dr. Eric L. Luster began his pioneering work around concussion detection and wearable technologies in 2012. He is the inventor of Hiji®Band, a device created to track movement and detect/report Traumatic Brain Injury that has also been adapted to detect and predict potential fall risks.

Today, a visionary leader and business executive, he is on a mission to develop innovative products that solve real human problems related to aging. He also serves as the Chairman of Waymark Gardens (Senior Living Community) and Community Advisory Board member for ASU’s Center for Innovation in Healthy and Resilient Aging.

Dr. Eric L. Luster continues to use his expertise to make an impact by leading a senior living community of 150+ units that is equipped with sustainable and smart technologies. This effort allows seniors to age in place, provide safety, all while providing connectivity to their loved ones.
